Coming Soon: Improved Engagement Overview
Measuring engagement is one thing, but what you do with that data is what it's really all about. To make it clear which teams are engaged and which ones aren't, we're launching a new overview.

Everything the intuo product team designs is to make our users' lives easier. Except for an entire new design, we have also added new or improved features. Let's take a look at the new engagement overview, releasing this fall.
Filter on your preferred audience
Whether you want to filter on teams, specific drivers, or on the entire company, this new overview will let you gather data at just a simple glance.
Survey participation rate is more detailed
The main feedback our clients had was that they wanted to know how many people participated in a pulse. We've added a clearer way for you to see not only participation rate, but also how many questions were sent and how many were skipped. This way, you will know if people are filling in the surveys and whether your data is representative or not.
Topics you need to work on are now grouped
We've also added an entirely new segmentation overview: drivers you need to work on, and the drivers you excel at. This means that you don't need to dig into the data yourself to get an overview of what needs to be improved.
You don't need to dive into the data anymore to know the distribution per engagement driver
Because we know the average score of an engagement driver can be misleading, we have added a way to get more in depth information, without having to analyse each question. The distribution is visualised with 3 different smiley faces. Each one representing a certain engagement distribution: high engagement, moderate engagement and low engagement.
