Snapshots during conversation

Over the past years many of our clients have adopted our performance snapshots. This functionality allows them to create an insight in the talent in their organisation by assessing performance in a quick and easy way throughout the year.

We understand each company has a unique approach to assessing performance, and want to accommodate this with built-in flexibility in our platform. Therefore, from now on you will also be able to plan in a snapshot as part of a conversation between a team leader and team member. This allows for more transparency on how performance is assessed formally by a line manager: only line managers can fill in the snapshot, but team members can see the result, once completed.

User filters for conversations, snapshots, engagement

At times, certain performance management actions should be taken by a particular group of employees. An annual appraisal for the whole EMEA team, a performance snapshot for the sales team, an engagement survey sent to all new joiners etc.

Selecting the right employees for these tasks becomes a piece of cake with the new user filter in our platform! These user filters make use of logical rules (AND & OR rules) and demographic attributes to display the employees that are falling within your selection.

These user filters are available when pushing a conversation, a performance snapshot and an engagement pulse (more about the latter in this blogpost)

A surefire way to make sure the right people are going through the right motions at the right time!

SCORM eLearning on mobile

As part of our efforts to make learning and development as frictionless as possible, we are now enabling our users to follow certain eLearning courses via our mobile app. Specifically all eLearning courses in SCORM format (a standardised format for the creation and launch of these type of courses).

We’re currently working hard to make all eLearning courses available on mobile. Stay tuned!

Engagement Lists

Over the past months we’ve already communicated about our exciting new insights module, aimed at gaining insights (what else) from the data generated by your talent management processes (have a look at this and this blogpost to refresh your mind).

This month, we’re adding another feature to this insights module: Engagement lists, which allows you to drill down on engagement data for a particular team on driver and question level. This is a great addition to the already available heatmaps, which allow to spot trends in employee engagement over time and across the organisation at a glance and take the analysis of your engagement data one step further.
